We strongly advise customers not to pay sellers directly. We can not protect you if your payment does not pass through our system. Always report any seller trying to convince you to send them payment direct as this is a sign that you are about to be their victim. ARATAM provides a secure payment channel and we assure you of a refund where all conditions are met.
ARATAM system has been carefully built with buyers' protection in mind. If a seller refuses to honour your order, after the processing time set by the seller has elapsed, our system will automatically issue you a refund which is credited into your customer's wallet.
